Directors who have worked every side of the table
Warwick Advisory has two directors. Both have spent their careers on infrastructure projects, inside government, for asset owners and on the contractor side.
Will Hilary
Director
Will builds and leads the engineering teams that deliver technically complex infrastructure, across energy, wastewater treatment, road, rail and aviation in Australia and the United Kingdom. His work includes design management on major water treatment and bridge renewal programmes, and he established the development function for Transport for NSW’s Pinch Points Program.

Myles Gatherer
Director
Myles leads the asset management side of the business, from handover into operations through to maintenance strategy and whole-of-life planning. He is a chartered civil engineer and a certificated member of the Institute of Asset Management, and has been responsible for track, structures and civils portfolios on operating metro and rail networks in Australia and the United Kingdom. He sits on the Sydney chapter committee of the Asset Management Council.
