01Project advisory
We help clients answer three questions: is this worth building, how should it be procured, and what will it actually cost.
02Project management
Client-side leadership through development and delivery. We set up project offices, manage designers, hold contractors to the contract and report to the people paying for it.
03Asset management
Asset management plans, maintenance strategy, and the handover from construction into operations. Most whole-of-life cost is committed during design.
